摘要
通过给予累积浓度的异丙肾上腺素(ISOP)造成大鼠缺血模型,观察牛血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对缺血后心功能改变的影响。结果表明:牛血SOD能显著抑制缺血后心脏功能的下降(P<0.01),同时明显减轻了心肌细胞的坏死和变性现象。
The action of bovine blood Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) on the change of heart function which was due to Isoprenaline-induced myocardial ischemia in rats was studied. The results showed that bovine blood SOD inhibited the descent of left ventricular systolic function and the ascent of enddi-astolic pressure. Moreover, it reduced the necrosis and degeneration (clowdy swelling) condition of myocardial cells significantly. These indicated that SOD possess potent cardioprotective action by scavenging large amount of oxygen free radicals during ischemia.
