Influence of Different Grinding Tools on Vital Test of Lysozyme

在溶菌酶的酶活力测定中,底物（溶酶小球菌）用不同研具研磨溶解制备的底物悬浮液,对活力测定影响很大,我们分别用玛瑙研钵、玻璃研钵、玻璃匀浆机研磨溶解小球菌底物,制成三种悬浮液。溶菌酶活力测定:用玛瑙研钵研磨的底物悬浮液测得溶菌酶活力单位高于玻璃研钵与玻璃匀浆机研磨制得的悬浮液测得的结果。

There is an obvious influence on vital test of lysozyme when we make three sorts of substrate suspension from substrate Micrococcus Lysudeikticus with different grinding tools. We pound the substrate Micrococnis Lysudeikticus in the agate mortar, glass mortar and agitator separately. The vital u-nits of substrate suspension obtained by the agate mortar is higher than that obtained by the other tools.
