摘要
为了探讨rIL-6对小鼠血液系统的调节效应,我们进行了rIL-6对小鼠胸腺、脾脏细胞总数和外周血细胞总数影响的体内实验研究。实验采用C57BL/6荷瘤或正常小鼠。给予rIL-6或生理盐水,15d后取小鼠外周血及胸腺、脾脏进行细胞计数。结果表明（1）rIL-6可以明显提高小鼠外周血白细胞和血小板总数,正常鼠分别为158.18％和29.15％,荷瘤鼠分别为81.24％和11.32％;（2）rIL-6可以提高小鼠胸腺和脾脏细胞总数,正常鼠分别为273％和95.8/,荷瘤鼠分别为30.4％和27.3％;（3）rIL-6对外周血红细胞无作用。
A study on the effect of rlL-6 on murine blood system in vivo was taken. The normal C57BL/6 mice and the EM earring mice was injected with IL-6 (10 ug/d. i. p. rid. ) or NS respectively for 10 days and loth the splenocyte and thymocyte and peripheral blood cells was counted. The result showed that (1) the WBC and platelats in peripheral bloud increased by 158. 18 and 20. 15% respectively in normal mice, by 8-1. 24% and 11. 32; respectively in tumour-earring mice; (2) the total amount of splenocyte and thymocyte was increased by 95. 8 and 72.. 36 respectively in normal mice, by 27. 36% and 30. 4% respectively in tumour-earring mice; (3) the IL-6 did net show any effect on RBC.
