甲壳素的理化研究 Ⅰ.分子量的测定

Physical and Chemical Study of Chitin Ⅰ . Determination of Molecular Weight

为测定甲壳素的分子量，本文首先在温和条件下将其脱乙酰化制得壳聚糖，然后用粘度法测定壳聚糖的分子量，基于二者聚合度基本一致，推导出甲壳素分子量约为１×１０＾６。

For determining of chitin molecular weight (M), We first deacetylated chitin to prepare chi-tosan in temperate condition then determined chitosan M by viscometry. Based on their identical polymerization degree, chitin M deduced was about 1 × 106 daltons.
