摘要
从云南产螺旋藻中分离纯化出螺旋藻多糖(PSP)。12~14 mo小鼠igPSP100mg/kg、200 mg/kg,能降低心、肝、脑组织MDA含量,增加 RBC及脑SOD活力,使全血及肝应GSH-Px活性及 GSH含量升高。3~4 mo小鼠 ig PSP 100mg/kg、200 mg/比可提高血清 LDH活力,降低运动后血乳酸水平,并能延长小鼠游泳时间。表明PSP具有较明显的抗氧化抗疲劳作用。
The polysaccharide (PSP) was isolated from the sftntiita flatemas cultivated in Yunnan. Wjth the doses of 100 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg by ig administration to old mice (12- 14mo) for 28 days, it was found that PSP could (1) decrease the MDA content of the heart, liver and brain, (2) increase the SOD activity of RBC and brain (only with the dose of 200 mg/kg) , (3) increase the GSH-Px activity and the content of GSM in blood and liver. On the other hand, with the doses of JOG mg/kg, 200 mg/kg by ig administration to young mice (3-4 mo) for 14 days, PSP could significantly increase the LDH activity of the serum and decrease the content of the lactic acid in blood. In addition, with the same doses by ig administration to young male mice (3 - 4 mo) for 2 weeks. PSP could remarkably prolong the swimming time of the mice as compared with the control group. It is suggested that PSP possessed the antioxidation and antifatigue effects.
