NST变异减速临床意义的探讨

A study on the clinical significance of variable deceleration in nonstress test: A report of 1263 cases.

本文在1263例NST(无负荷试验)监护图型中,出现变异减速图型68例,占NsT图型的5.38%。68例变异减速图型中,脐带因素29例(脐带扭转变细14例,脐带绕颈缠身15例),占变异减速图型的42.65%。提示:在NST监护图型中,如出现频繁的变异减速图型,应首先考虑脐带因素。

In order to investigate the clinical significance of variable deceleration (VD), 1263 nonstress tests (NST) were analysed,in which 68 cases of VD were found, accounting for 5.3%. Of the 68 cases,29 were found to he coexistent with anomaly of the umbilical cord, including 14 cases of twisting and thinning and 15 cases of loop around the body or neck. The results suggested that frequent VD in NST most probably indicated the presence of anomaly of the cord, thus should be first suspected as such once encountered.
