摘要
利用现场FTIR反射光谱研究了电子中继物(介体)型HCG酶免疫电极在不同电极电位下的电位差谱及同一电位不同状态下的单光束光谱之差。讨论了HCG(人绒毛膜促性腺素)、抗HCG(anti-HCG)及它们的络合物在电极表面的耦联情况和红外光谱特性。对两种不同方法制备的HCG免疫电极的谱图加以对比和解析,并初步确定了anti-HCG的特征谱峰。
A new method of in-situ FTIR reflection spectroscopy was used instudying potential difference spectra and single beam subtracti , e spectraof HCG enzyme immunoelectrode. On the surface of electrode, IR char-acteristic spectra of HCG, anti-HCG antibody and their complex werediscussed. HCG immunoelectrode was prepared in two different waysand their spectra were compared and analyzed. The characteristic bandsof anti-HCG antibody were determined preliminarily.
