摘要
根据生物软组织的特点,遵循力学的基本原理,设计的HLC-I型生物活组织力学试验机,通过设计的弦式加载定向器、轴向拉伸定向器和管道器官定位器,实现了活体、半活体生物软组织的拉伸和充压试验。并以大白鼠坐骨神经(SCN)和兔肠系膜上静脉(SMV)为实验对象,分别进行活体、半活体和离体SCN的拉伸试验和有神经支配及无神经支配的SMV的充压试验。结果表明:同一组织在不同状态下的生物力学特性是不同的。
On the basis of the mechanical principle and biological characteristics of the soft tis-sues,Model HLC-I Biomechanical Testing System in vivo has been designed. The systemconsists of five parts including a string-type loading orientator,and axial loading orienta-tor,a tubular organ localizer and a computer-programmed pressure generator etc. to carryout atretching and pressure experiments in vivo,in exvivo and in vitro. Than the sciaticnerve of rats was selected for the stretching experiments in vivo,in exvivo and in vitro.The superior mesenteric vein of rabbits was selected for the pressue experiments undernormal and denerved condition in vivo. It is showed that their biomechanieal properties ofsame tissue under the different condition are differnt.
