摘要
运用有效折射率法和WKB法导出了具有1/ch^2界面的介质光波导的近似模方程.实算表明用此模方程可方便迅速地分析和计算这类光波导的传输特性,并能得到较为精确的结果.
The mode equation of the dielectric waveguide with l/ch^2 CFOSS-section is derived forcalculating the mode propagation constant or the mode effective index easily and rapidly.Thecomputed result shows that this mode equation possesses satisfaclory accuracy.
