摘要
应用戊二醛及精氨酸进行毒素分子聚合解毒制备的破伤风类毒素新型抗原,给9群63匹马超免,一次免后抗体增长率达106.1±31.28%,平均抗体单位由免前1540.9±452.85Lf/ml上升至3146.27±929Lf/ml,免疫成功率为100%。
63 (9 groups) horses were hyperimmunized with the tetanus toxoid (TT) prepared by detoxication with glutaraldehyde and arginine. The result showed that the antibody increase rate after one dose of this neotype toxoid reached 106.1±31.28%, and mean antibody titer rose from 1540.±452. 85 to 3146.±27±929Lf/ml. The success rate of hyperimmunization reached 100%.
