摘要 测定原制狂犬病疫苗中硫柳汞含量的化学比色法已不适于浓缩狂犬病疫苗。为此建立了氢化物发生-原子吸收法(MHS-AA法)。此法快速、灵敏、准确、简便,可大批量检测浓缩狂犬病疫苗和乙肝疫苗等制品中硫柳汞的含量。 The chemical colormetric analysis method used for the detection of thiomersalate content in crude rabies vaccine was not suitable for concentrated rabies vaccine, so Mercury/Hydride System-Atomic Absorption (MHS-AA) method was established. The method was rapid,sensitive, accurate and simple, and it could also be used for the detection of thiomersalate content in other biological products, e. g. contentrated rabies vaccine and hepatitis B vaccine.
