摘要
本文详细报道了富锗灵芝虫草大补酒的酿制工艺，介绍了灵芝的功效、有效成份，并对灵芝的脱苦、酒液的稳定，作了独特探讨，工艺切实可行，对灵芝深加工具有一定指导作用。
This paper deals with the processing technique of Cordyceps'sinensis and High-Ge Ganoderma lucidum nourishing wine,and the medicinal bene-fits or components of mushroom Ganoderma.The true technique also apptoachs methods of separation bitterness and intension stability to Canoderma wine,and have certain instructive to Ganoderma processing.
