药物促排卵及其并发症的B超监测 被引量:4

Monitor of ovulation induced by drugs and its complications by B-ultrasonography.

摘要 本文对70例不孕症患者采取促排卵疗法,其中人绝经期促性腺激素(hMG)组10例,三苯氧胺(TMX)组20例,克罗米芬(CC)组40例,并在 B 超下连续监测其卵泡发育的排卵情况。结果:三组的排卵率分别为80%、70%、67.5%,相差不显著。三组共发生未破裂卵泡黄素化(LUF)7例,卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)3例。在治疗中,B 超监测可指导临床调整用药,并能预防并发症的发生及提高促排卵的成功率。 To monitor the ovulation induced by different drugs and their complications by B—ultra- sonography.Design:70 patients were given HCG, TMX,CC and HMG respectively to induced ovula- tion,among which there were 10 cases in HMG group,20 in TMX group and 40 in CC group.The fol- licle development and the ovulation were monitored continuously by B—ultrasonography.Results:The ovrlatory rates of the above groups were 80%,70% and 67.5% respectively.The total number of LUF in 3 groups was 7 and that of OHSS was 3.Conclusion: The difference of ovulatory rate among the 3 groups was not obvious.Improper use of HCG could cause LUF.The OHSS should be prevented when HMG— HCG was used or the TMX was used for long time to treat endometriosis.
