原位肝移植治疗原发性肝癌（附3例报告）

Preliminary report on the orthotopic liver transplantation for the hepatocellular carcinoma.

本文报告了３例原发性肝细胞性肝癌病人肝移植的临床资料和初步经验。３例存活时间均超过３个月，其中１例于移植术后９２天死于巨细胞病毒感染，另２例仍存活。作者结合国内外文献复习，对肝移植术在治疗原发性肝癌中的地位、手术适应证，手术中体外静脉转流对增加手术安全性的重要意义及其术后防治巨细胞病毒感染和肝炎复发等问题作了讨论。

he clinical date and preliminary experience of 3 pa-patients with irresectable hepatocellular carcinoma treat-ed by the orthotopic liver transplantation were reported. All three patients survived, 3 months survived ratewas 100%. One patient died from CMV infection associcated with septicemia 92 days after surgery, anothertwo patients still survived. With review of medical literatures. The role of the liver transplantation in themanagement of liver cancer, the patient selection, significance of the veno--venous bypass technique and thediagnosis and treatment for the postoperative complications such as: CMV infection and recurrence of hepatitis B were discussed.
