摘要
本文报告应用酶电泳技术检测中国大陆云南、四川、湖北、湖南、江西、江苏、安徽七地自然隔离群日本血吸虫的LDH、MDH、ME、6PG、G6P、GD1、IDH、PGI、ADK、HEX和EST11种同工酶酶谱,情况。其中七地自然隔离群日本血吸虫的MDH、ME、6PG、G6P、GD1、IDH、PGI、ADK及HEX9种同工酶图谱相同,说明我国大陆七地自然隔离群日本血吸虫基因结构基本相同,其亲缘关系密切。在LDH同工酶图谱中,云南与四川;湖北与湖南;江西、江苏和安徽汇合为三个组群,这可能解释为我国日本血吸虫因地域关系而形成基因水平上的地理隔离群。而在EST同工酶图谱中,各地血吸虫图谱有差异和不同之处尚须进一步研究证实。
Isoenzyme patterns of eleven enzymes,LDH,MDH,ME.6PG.G6P.GDH(GD1),IDH. PGI,ADK. HEK and EST were examined by enzyme electrophoresis.The adult male worm extraction of Schistosoma japonicum isolated from Nanjian of Yunnan (YN), Puge of Sichuan(SP),Qianjiang of Hubei (HQ).Yuanjiang of Hunan(HY). Poyang Lake of Jiangxi(JP),Guichi of Anhui(AG)and Jianxu(JW). which in the mainland of China were used in this experiment.The electrophoresis results showed a similarity of MDH, ME. 6PG. G6P,GD1,IDH. PGI,HEX and ADK patterns among the seven different field-collected isolates and indicated that these isolates are very closely related.The LDH patterns divided seven isolates into three kinds, YN and SP is one kind, HQ and HY is another kind,JP,AG and JW is the other kind.The EST patterns of seven isolates irregularly appeared in the gels on several aspects.
