摘要
本文采用乙醇/二氯甲烷粗提血清样品,经高压液相色谱分离后用蛋白竞争结合测定24,25(OH)_2D的含量。测得北京地区6月中旬正常值为4.42±1.75nmol/L(1.84±0.73ng/ml)(n=31),无性别差异。慢性肾衰、肝硬变和服抗癫痫药患者血清24, 25(OH)_2D低于正常值,小儿佝偻病、脉管炎、小儿肾病和服糖皮质激素患者血清24, 25(OH)_2D未见异常,维生素D过量患者有升高的趋势。
This report described a competitive binding assay for serum 24,25-dihydroxyvitaHiin D, in which serum samples were extracted with ethanol / dichloromethane and were purified with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The serum 24, 25 (OH)2D concentration in Beijing normal human was 4.42 ± 1.75 nmol/L (1.84 ± 0. 73 ng/ml, X ± SD; n = 31). The concentrations of serum 24, 25 (OH)2D in patients with chronic renal failure, cirrhosis and those receiving anticonvulsant were 3.22 ± 0.94 (n = 12), 1.94 ± 1.88 (n = 4) and 2.69 ± 1.90 nmol/L (n = 16) respectively, significantly lower than that of normal human (P<0.05, 0.02 and 0.002 respectively). The serum 24, 25 (OH)2D concentrations in patients with rickets, renal diseases in children, vasculitis and administration of glucocorticoids were 4.32 ±2.59 (n= 12), 4.22 ± 1.82 (n = 4),4.37 ±2.23 (n = 5) and2.78 ± 1.03 nmol/L (n = 4) respectively, no significant difference was found when compared with normal human.
