糖化唾液蛋白测定及临床应用 被引量:1

THE MEASUREMENT OF GLYCOSYLATED SALIVARY PROTEIN AND ITS CLINICAL APPLICATION

摘要 本文采用硫代巴比妥酸比色法测定正常人及糖尿病病人的糖化唾液蛋白。结果表明糖尿病组明显高于对照组(P<0.001),与糖化血浆蛋白及糖化血红蛋白呈正相关(r分别为0.701、0.684,P均<0.01),与空腹血糖无相关。实验提示,糖化唾液蛋白也能反映糖尿病病人以往血糖控制状况,可用作监测代谢控制的指标。 Glycosylated salivary protein (GSP) was assayed in 45 diabetics and 28 normal controls by thiobarbituric acid color-imetric method. The GSP levels was significantly higher in diabetics (8.3 ± . 14 nmol HMF/mg SP) than in normal controls (4.9±1.1 nmol HMF/mg SP) (P<0.001). There were positive correlation between GSP and glycosylated plasma protein level (r = 0.701, 0.642) as well as glycosylated hemoglobin level(r = 0.684, 0.613), but no correlation between GSP and fasting plasma glucose level. The results showed that GSP might reflect the blood gluoose levels in preceeding month and can be used as an index in monitoring metabolic control of diabetics.
