猪3种病毒性腹泻的斑点免疫渗滤检测技术研究

The Study on the Rapid Methods for Diagnosing 3 Kindsof Pig Diarrhea by Viruses

将建立的超快速检测技术——斑点免疫渗滤试验，用于猪的３种病毒性腹泻的诊断及鉴别诊断。用自制的膜抗体，配合设计独特的渗滤装置，使检测过程十分快速，在４～３７℃下，５ｍｉｎ内完成，其敏感性与常规ＥＬＩＳＡ相当，特异性高于常规ＥＬＩＳＡ，且适用于基层单位应用。

The rapid method for diagnosing the pig diarrhea caused by Rotavirus,Coronavirus or Corona-like virus,dot immunofiltration assay (DIFA),was newly de-veloped.Comparison tests of DIFA with PAGE and ELISA as well as RIHA showedgood consistency, but DIFA had many obvious advantages,such as much more rapid(5minutes were needed only),sensitive,specific and cheap.They were exactly suitablefor diagnosis in farm and veterinary station where the precious instruments were rarebut rapid diagnosis was in urgent need.
