摘要
利用二次回归通用旋转组合设计方法研究了复合酶制剂对猪日增重的影响,探讨了α-淀粉酶、中性蛋白酶和脂肪酶之间的互作关系,建立了数学模型,确定了酶制剂的最佳使用剂量。复合酶制剂对日增重影响的函数模型为:Y=534.6772+22.9541x1+8.1627x2+3.2795x3一1.6125x1x2+17.3125x1x3+6.0375x2x3+8.8555x12一2.7587x22+4.3124x32。各因素对提高日增重贡献大小顺序为α-淀粉酶>中性蛋白酶>脂肪酶。在一般饲养管理条件下,预测日增重达540g以上时,应在100kg日粮中添加α-淀粉酶19.21~24.42g,脂肪酶0.85~1.26g,中性蛋白酶3.44~4.74g。中性蛋白酶与脂肪酶间、α-淀粉酶与脂肪酶间存在明显的交互作用。a=0.01~0.05,*a=0.05~0.40)显著或有作用。在本文以后的分析中,对变量不剔除,直接用方程(1)进行模型的优化分析。2.3模型的优化与解析2.3.1计算机寻优为使索取的目标函数在生产上具有可行性,应考虑它的出现频率,令步长为1,日增重分类上限为570g,分类下限为540g,全部方案共有125个。经频率分?
With the second order regression current rotation design, the effect of compound enzymatic additive in the diet on the daily gain, the cooperative relation a-mong α-amylase, lipase and neutral proteinase of pigs was studied. The mathmatic mod-el was established and the best dose of enzymatic additive for use was determined. The function model of compound enzymatic additive on daily gain was : Y = 534. 677 2 +22.954 1x1+8.162 7x2+3.279 5x3一1.612 5x1x2+17. 312 5x1x3 + 6.037 5x2x3+8.855 x12一2. 758 7x22+4. 312 4x32. The order of these different factors according the their contribution to the daily gain was α-amylase >neutral proteinase> lipase. Under ordinary feeding and management conditions, it is suggested that the addition levels of α-amylase, neutral proteinase and lipase in 100 kg diet are 19.21~24. 42 g,3. 44~4.74 g and 0.85~1.26 g respectively when the expected daily gain is over 540 g.Ther is a significant cooperative effect between α-amylase and lipase and between neutral proteinase and lipase.
