摘要
给兔体肌注青霉素G钠,同时静注水杨酸钠,给药后不同时间采样,用微生物管碟法测定血药浓度及组织中的浓度,观察了水杨酸钠对兔体内青霉素G钠药动学及组织分布的影响。实验兔的药时数据符合有吸收因素二室开放模型。与对照组比较,实验组的动力学参数β、K21、Kel的值显著减小,而参数K12、β、AUC、TCP的值显著增加。对照组与实验组的青霉素G钠在血液与肝、肾、肺或肌肉间的分布没有显著差异。
Effect of sodium salicyate on the pharmacokinetic and tissue distributionin rabbits were studied.The control group received an intramuscular injection of sodiumpenicillin G. The experimental group received sodium penicillin G and sodium salicyateconcomitantly.The samples were collected at different intervals. Benzylpenicillin inserum and tissues were determined by microbiological method.The relationship of bloodconcentration and time in the experimental rabbits could be described by the two-com-partment open model with absorption factor.Some pharmacokinetic parameters weresignificantly different between the control and experimental groups. In the experimentalgroup,marked decreased were observed in following parameters :β, K21,Kel and sig-nificant increases were observed in the coefficients-K12,t1/2β,AUC,Tcp.No significanteffect on the penicillin distribution in livers,kidneys,lungs or muscles and sera betweencontrol and experimental groups.
