摘要
经凝胶过滤层析—离子交换层析—凝胶过滤层析分离方法将蛇毒中的神经生长因子提取并纯化。得到的神经生长因子经ＳＤＳ－聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测得其分子量为１７０００，由２３１个氨基酸组成。在２２０．６ｎｍ处有１个特征吸收峰。最低活性单位为１０ｎｇ／ｍＬ。
The venom was chromatographied with Sephadex G-100 CM Cellulose-22 and Sepharose CL-6B to extract and purify the nevre growth factor (NGF ).TheNGF was characterized as a single 17 kb protein band in the SDS polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis, and a maximum absorbance value at 220.6nm,it was composed of 231amino acids and had specific activity at the concentration even lower to 10 ng/mL.
