生殖周期小鼠细胞免疫功能的探讨──外周血T细胞和子宫肥大细胞的观察 被引量:16

摘要 本实验用甲苯胺蓝染色法和非特异性酯酶染色法,分别探讨了小鼠生殖周期中子宫肥大细胞和外周血T细胞的消长情况。结果发现,以间情期为基准,无论是子宫肥大细胞数量,还是外周血T细胞数量,在发情期明显降低,妊娠期维持较低水平,临产前反弹,分娩后1d减少(与发情期相当),分娩后2~3d恢复间情期水平。发情期、妊娠期肥大细胞和T细胞的减少,有利于附植、妊娠,也可能是精子和胎儿不被母体排斥的原因之一。临产前反弹,揭示分娩时母体对胎儿可能发生排斥反应。 By using toluidine blue staining and acid-a-naphthyl acetate esterasestaining,the changes of mast cell in the uterus of mice and T-cell in the peripheral bloodduring reproductive cycle were investigated. As coTnpared to the diestrous,both mastcelI number and T-cell number significantly decreased during estrous and kept at a lowlevel during pregnancy, while abruptly increased before delivery and then decreased onthe first day of post-delivery(almost equal to estrous )and recovered to the level in die-strous on the latter two to three davs. The decline of mast cells and T-cells is advanta-geous for embryo plant and pregnancy,which is one of facters by which the sperms andembrvoes are not rejected due to maternal immunity. The abrupt increase of mast cellsand T-cells before delivery suggests that the maternal immunological rejection might oc-cur.
