摘要
本文观察了男性老年人血清GH对GRF的反应。在静注hGRF_(1-29)NH_21μg/kg后,老年人基础血清GH与青年人无差别,而GH对GRF反应明显低于青年人。注入GRF后GH峰值老年组7.95±1.33μg/L,青年组27.53±2.26μg/L,两组差异有非常显著性(P<0.001)。结果提示:老年人GH对GRF刺激的反应明显减低,这与老年人脑神经递质(多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素)的改变及生长激素抑制素(SS)分泌过多等因素有关。
The response of serum GH to GRF in aged men was studied. Synthetic human GRF1-29 NHS 1 μg / kg was administered intravenously to 10 old men (aged 60-62) and 10 young men (aged 22-30) as a control. It was shown that the basal GH was not significantly different between these two groups. The response of serum GH to GRF was reduced in aged group. The mean peak level of GH after GRF injection was 7.95±1.33μg/L (X±SE) in old men and 27.53± 2.26μg / L in young men (P<0.001). Diminished response of GH to GRF in the elderly may be related to increased SS and changes of brain neurotransmitters (such as dopamine and norepinephrine) with aging.
