摘要
合理的测点布置是保证电力系统可观察性与进行安全分析的重要条件,在实际系统中,只可能做到内部系统是可观察的,而外部系统是不可观察的。外部网络等值是按预先假定的基本运行状态进行的。在外部网参数或运行方式变化时,原来假定条件下的等值网势必造成静态安全分析的误差。本文的目的在于研究内部和边界测点布置,以保证等值电力系统静态安全分析的精确性。
Reasonable measuring arrangement is very important for system observability and security analysis functions. The total interconnected system can be divided into an internal part which is observable and an unobservable external part. The equivalence of the external system is based on a basic operation condition. This condition may change during real operation. This paper aims at arranging the measurement system to improve the accuracy of power system security analysis.
