中国对虾(Penaeus chinensis)卵子孵化和无节幼体变态水环境中锌离子的最佳活度 被引量:12

摘要 本文研究了海水环境中锌对中国对虾卵子孵化和无节幼体变态的影响。结果表明,可溶性锌对卵子孵化和无节幼体变态的作用只与游离离子活度有关,而不是与其总浓度有关。锌离子活度在10 ̄(-7.30)mol/L以下时,不影响卵子的孵化率;高于此浓度会显著(P<0.05)降低孵化率;在10 ̄(-5.00)mol/L时卵子完全不能孵化。锌离子活度在10 ̄(-7.60)mol/L时,不影响无节幼体的生长变态;高于此浓度时,明显(P<0.05)减少变态率;高于10 ̄(-6.00)mol/L时。无节幼体完全不能存活。讨论了锌离子对对虾育苗系统的影响,认为育苗过程中锌离子的最佳活度为10 ̄(-7.60)mol/L。 The effects of zinc in seawater on egg hatching and nauplius metamorpho-sis of Penaeus chinensis were studied. The results indicated that actions of dissolved zinc on egg hatching and nauplius metamorphosis are only relative to free zinc ion activity,not to total concentration of dissolved zinc. The egg hatching was not affected bv zinc atactivities of 0-10 ̄(-7.30)mol/L,and was significantly(P<0.05)decreased of activities higherthan 10 ̄(-7.30)mol/L;no egg could hatch zinc at activity of 10 ̄(-5.00)mol/L. The naupliusmetamorphosis was not affected by zinc at activities lower than 10 ̄(-7.60)mol/L,and wassignificantly(P<0.05)decreased at activities higher than 10 ̄(-7.60)mol/L; no nauplii couldlive at zinc ion activity of 106 ̄6.00mol/L. The effects of zinc ion on the svstem ofseedling-rearing of P. chinensis were discussed and it is believed the optimum zinc ion ac-tivity in the system of seedling-rearing of P. chinensis is 10 ̄(-7.60)mol/L.
