摘要
本文简述了我国塑料行业发展状况，分析了目前存在的问题和差距，讨论了“九·五”和到２０１０年科技发展的战略目标，并就行业科技发展的重点及关键技术提出了设想。
The article deals briefly with the developing situation of Chinese plastics industry.The present problems and the gap from the advanced countries are analysed.The strategical target in technologic and scientific development are discussed.The author also made some suggestions on the key points and critical technologies of the programme.
