聚丙烯与氯化聚乙烯共混体系的研究

Study on PP/CPE Blends

本文对ＰＰ／ＣＰＥ共混体系进行了系统的研究。采用动态粘弹仪等有关设备研究了共混体系的形态结构与宏观性能之间的关系，结果表明加入ＣＰＥ对ＰＰ的冲击强度有显著提高，同时还改进了阻燃性，但体系的拉伸强度随ＣＰＥ的加入而降低，表面硬度，维卡软化点和流动性也有下降。

PP/CPE blends were studied systematically in this paper.The relation between morphological structure and macroscopic properties were investigated by dynamic adhesion and elastics meter. The result shotved that the impact strength and properties of flame retardantion of PP were improved obviously,and the tensile strength of the composite was dropped,the surface hardness,Vicker's softening point and flowability were cut down slightly.
