本文结合考察美国几家塑料公司情况，简介美国塑料工业概况及参观印象与感受，并略谈有关中美塑料工业合作前景的个人看法。

Linking with the study tour of several US plastics enterprises, the general situation of US plastics industry is briefly introduced,as well as auther's feelings.And,some personal ideas concerning the prospects of Sino-America plastics industry cooperation are also discused in this paper.
