本文介绍了由ＣＲＴ双螺杆挤出机和单螺杆挤出机组成的ＣＲＴ二阶造粒挤出机组的工作原理及特性。研究和分析它在废旧塑料回收方面的特点，提出在设备的设计和研制中应注意的问题。通过实际检验，展示了机组在能量消耗，挤出产量和造粒质量等方面的优点。

In this paper, the principle and characters of CRT two stages granulating system, which consists of one CRT twin screw extruder and one single serely extruder, are introduced. The advantages of its use in post-consumer plastics recycling are analyzed. The problems about the design of the system are discussed. Tile results of experiment show the merits of the system in energy consumption, output and granulation quality.
