摘要
合成了新型的"酰亚胶-双烯丙基"类单体N-烯丙基(4-烯丙基甲酸酯)苯甲酸亚胺(DANT)。优化的合成条件可使收率达90%以上。确定了阶梯升温的固化程序,并用红外光谱法定性和定量地表征了预聚体固化程度的高低。研究了玻纤增强层压板的层压工艺条件,用裂解色谱-质谱联用技术分析了树脂浇铸体裂解机理,分析了其热定性,并对浇铸体、层压板的机械性能、电性能等进行了测试。DANT树脂较DAP、DAIP具有更优良的热氧稳定性、机械性能和电性能,显示了潜在的应用前景。
A kind of diallyl compounds containing 4-oxycarbonylphthaimimids unitwas prepared as allyl N-allyl-4-phthalimidocarboxylate.This compound waspolymerized by heating it in the presence of dicumylperoxide and/or benoylperoxide to afford network resin. The monomer and polymel was characterizedby IR, Elemental analysis, DTA techneques. The resin had essentially no weight loss upto 319℃ in air.Gas chromatography and mass-spectrometry simultaneous techniques was used to determine the mechanism of thermal decomposition. The laminate was fabricated by compression moulding at 170 - 180℃ in thepresence of the named initiators.
