多种内分泌激素对人胎胰β细胞发育的影响

摘要 本实验结果显示,妊娠18~20周之人胎胰β细胞在多种内分泌激素的环境中培养了3周尚未能达到功能成熟;EGF,PRL及hPL能增加组织的胰岛含量并促进其急、慢性胰岛素释放;GH、T3及Hydrocortisone等升糖激素以及含有此升糖激素的多种内分泌激素,在培养早期(1~2周)尚能增加其急、慢性胰岛素分泌,但在培养后期(第三周)则显示其抑制胰岛素分泌的作用、其组织胰岛素含量及胰岛素分泌率均明显减少。 Our data from experiments showed that cultivation of the human fetalβ-cells from 18~20 weeks of gestation did not cause maturation in 3 weeks of exposure to multiple hormones. Acute and chronic insulin release and insulin content of human fetal pancreatic tissue were increased by EGF, PRL and hPL.GH,T3 and hydrocortisone and other hyperglycemic multiple hormones could enhance the acute and chronic insulin secretion during early stage of cultivation (1 ̄2 weeks). However, the insulin release, insulin content and the insulin secretion rate were significantly decreased in the late stage(third week).
