糖尿病肾病大鼠肾组织血管紧张素原和转化生长因子β_1基因信使核糖核酸的表达 被引量:1

摘要 采用RNA狭缝杂交及放射免疫技术,检测链脲佐菌素糖尿病肾病大鼠肾组织血管紧张素原基因及转化生长因子β1基因信使核糖核酸(mRNA)表达水平和血管紧张素Ⅱ含量。结果示糖尿病肾病大鼠肾组织ATⅡ含量、血管紧张素原mRNA表达及转化生长因子β1mRNA表达水平均高于同龄正常对照鼠,提示肾组织肾素血管紧张素系统及转化生长因子β1活性升高可能参与糖尿病肾病的发生、发展过程。 The expression levels of renal angiotensinogen mRNA and transforming growth factor β1 mRNA and renal angiotensin Ⅱ(ATⅡ) concentration were determined in 13 STZ-induced diabetic male Wistar rats and 9 age-matched normal rats. The results showed the expression levels of both angiotensinogen mRNA and TGF-β1 mRNA in the diabetic rats were higher than that in the control rats.The concentration of renal ATⅡ was also higher in diabetic rats than in control rats. This result indicated that elevated activities of renal renin-angiotensin system and TGF-β1 might involve in the initiation and progression of diabetic nephropathy in STZ-diabetic rats.
