摘要
根据表皮生长因子(EGF)能启动细胞生长的有关基因、促进表皮细胞生长的原理,在8例糖尿病足坏疽患者中,实验组5例外用EGF;对照组2例用654-2,1例用0.9%盐水。对照组在上述药物治疗效果不明显时改用EGF。8例患者13个创面用EGF后第3~5天皮肤生长,经8~62天创面愈合。临床和实验证明EGF有明显促创面皮肤生长作用。
According to the theory that epidermal growth factor (EGF) can initiate some genes relating to cell growth and promote proliferation of the epidermal cells,eight patients with diabetic foot were selected to treat with EGF. Among them, five patients as an experimental group were treated externally with EGF,and three patients as a control group treated with 654-2 in 2 cases and 0.9% saline in l case,but later changed to EGF because of no obvious improvement with 654-2 or saline. The results showed the skin of the 13 wound areas in the 8 patients began to grow on the 3rd-5th day after treatment with EGF, and the wounds healed in 8 ̄62 days.Therefore,the clinical results proved that EGF had a significant effect on promoting growth of skin, and was much better than that of 654- 2.
