摘要
通过高压气相色谱-质量分析的方法,对链脲菌素糖尿病发病4周后的大鼠肾小球内葡萄糖、山梨醇、果糖的含量进行了检测。其结果表明,糖尿病大鼠组已达到糖尿病诊断标准,在初发糖尿病阶段,肾小球内葡萄糖、山梨醇、果糖的含量明显增高。提示在糖尿病状态下,肾小球内整个山梨醇代谢途径处于代谢亢进状态。
The experimental diabetes in rat was introduced by intravenous injection of streptozotocin. After 4 weeks, the concentrations of glucose, sorbitol, and fructose in glomeruli of rat were measured by gaschromatography mass spectrometry. At the same time, the body weight, the concentrations of blood glucose, 24 hour urine volume and protein, and endogenous creatinine clearance rate were also measured. The results showed that the blood glucose, urine volume, and endogenous creatinine clearance rate were elevated, protien was normal, weight growth was inhibited. These indicate that the experimental diabetes in the early stage has been produced after 4 weeks of streptozotocin injection. The concentrations of glucose, sorbitol, and fructose in glomeruli were increased significantly.The rsults of this study showed the hypermetabolic state of sorbitol within glomeruli in the early stage of diabetes.
