拜糖平治疗糖尿病的临床疗效观察

The effect of acarbose on the treatment of diabetes mellitus

为了解拜糖平对糖尿病患者的疗效和可能的副作用，我们用双盲随机的方法对８１例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病病人进行了观测，发现拜糖平能显著降低患者餐后１小时血糖（Ｐ＜０．０２），伴随着糖化血红蛋白水平及尿糖浓度的下降，血胰岛素水平亦有相应的降低。实验过程中未发现该药对患者血压、血脂、血电解质及肝肾功能有明显影响，服用过程中未观察到明显的副作用。由此可见，拜糖平不失为一种安全有效的糖尿病治疗药物。

To study the effect of acarbose on the treatment of diabetes mellitus and its possible side effect,we observed 81 patients with NIDDM in a double- blind way.It was found that acarbose significantly reduced postprandial glucose level,with a decease in HbA1,urinary glucose and blood insulin level.No significant effects of acarbose on blood pressure,lipids,electrolytes and the function of liver and kidney were found. No other side effect was observed.It is suggested that acarbose is a safe and efficient assistant hypoglycemic drug.
