摘要
本文采用XRD分析对生坯和素坯进行系统地物相鉴定,发现南平硅灰石焙烧过程物相变化的显著特点是:1Tr型 β-CaSiO_3 1150℃开始 1200℃完成 α-CaSiO_3。而以硅灰石40%,福州高岭土35%,大湖白粘土25%为配方的生坯焙烧过程物相变化的特点是:1000℃以下时主要表现为原料矿物高岭石、伊利石、方解石的分解,1000℃——1100℃时,主要表现为新生物相钙长石和熔体的生成及1Tr型β-CaSiO_31075℃左右 2M型β-CaSiO_3;1100℃——1130℃时,主要表现为钙长石、2M型β-CaSiO_3和石英的部分熔解。
Nanping Wollastonite and unglazed tile bodies containing wollastonite have been fired up to the temperature of 1300C The phases in both have been examined in detailed by XRD. The key phase change of the wollastonite during firing is found to involve transforming of 1 Tr-CaSiO3 into a-CaSiO3, which begins at 1150C and ends at 1200C Phase changes of the tile bodies consisting of 40% wollastonite,35% Fuzhou kaolinite and 25% Dahu white clay are quite different kaolinite. illite and calcite in the tile bodies are decomposed below 1000C. In the temperature from 1000C to 1100C,the new phases .anorthite and melt,form and 1 Tr-CaSiO3 is transformed into 2M CaSiO3. Partial melting of anorthite,2M CaSiO3 and quartz are found between 1100C and 1300C-
