摘要
本文叙述了以BN基陶瓷分离环的整个制备工艺。如主、辅料配比及添加剂的剂量,筛选原材料成本既低又合符使用的配方;在粉体直接热压双环式的生产工艺中,采取预压、控制升温升压速率等工艺措施,使产品各项技术指标达到用户使用要求。
The whole manufacturing Process of ceramic separation Ring based on BN was described in this paper. It in-eluded charge mixture of the principal and auxilary material, the does of the additive, and the formnlation with the raw material which was low cost and suitable for use can be chosen. Every technological index of the product may meet the user's demand by taking some kinds of processing measures, such as prepressing, controling the rising ratio of temperation and pressure.
