氧化铝—莫来石—氧化锆复合材料的研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文以氧化铝和锆英石超细粉为主要原料,添加一定量CeO_2采用干压成型和二步烧结法,制备了氧化铝—莫来石—氧化锆复合材料,并探讨了组成与性能的关系,复合材料的常温抗弯强度和断裂韧性可分别达到430MPa和4.4MPa.m。Y_2该复合材料的常温力学性能优于烧结莫来石和氧化铝材料,且具有制备工艺简单、烧结温度和成本低的特点,适于批量生产某些陶瓷制品。 The Al2O3-mullite-ZrO2 composites were prepared with Al2O3 and ZrSiO4 superfines as main starting materials by adding a certain amount of CeO2and adopting the dry press shaping and two-stage sintering processes, and the interrelation of compositions and properties of the composites was investigated. The bend strength and fracture toughness of the composites were over 430MPa and 4. 4 MPa. m1/2, respectively. The mechanical properties of composites at room temperature not only compare favourably with those of sintered mullite and a-lumina, but also it is of low sintering temperature, simple preparing processes and low cost. Consequently, it can be used to manufacture some articles in mass production.
