以丹引单粒不育系ＭＳ＿３和ＭＳ＿４为母本，以多粒材料７５－２－６为共同父本杂交，对其只代和Ｆ＿２代粒性分析结果表明，Ｆ＿１代多粒对单粒呈显性趋势；９０８６和９０９６杂交组合Ｆ＿２代单粒株、双粒株和多粒株的比例分别为１：２０８：３．０４和１：２．４９：４．２８．其单粒与多粒株（包括双粒株）比例分别为１：５．１２和１：６．７７，两个组合Ｆ＿２代粒性分离既不符合单基因规律。也不符合两对独立基因分离规律。
