摘要
实验表明,晶液间相对运动速率对晶体生产速率有直接影响,并且,当相对适动速率大于临界值后,其运动方向将会影响晶体表面的生长台阶。论文提出了晶液间相对运动速率与晶体生产速率间关系的新数学解析式,并从机理上对晶面结构受到的影响进行了探讨。
It was indicaed in experiments that the relative crystal/solutionspeeds affect growth rate of crystal and its flow directions have effectson the formation of growthing steps on surface of crystal when thespeed is greater than critical one.A mathematical model was establishedtodescribe the relations between growth rate and the speed. Andmecbanism of the changes of crystal surfaces of crystal surface wasalso studied.
