摘要
原糖精炼的蜜洗过程迄今为止仍是凭经验操作,为追求蜜洗效果而有人为地延长蜜洗混合时间的趋向。本试验根据传质理论对蜜洗过程进行了研究。测定了庶糖晶体表面膜中示踪物钾和若丹明(RhodamineD)在蜜洗混合过程的扩散速率,并对膜厚度进行了计算。试验表明蜜洗混和过程所需时间比实际操作的时间短得多。
The first step in the refning process is called affiution. The adheriting film of molasses on the raw sugur is removed. However the affinat ion process is still experience operation, The exeper-imental investiga ion was carried out to study affination rate. Potassium and rhodamine Bwere used as a tracer in the experiments. The changes of potassium and rhodamine B Foncentration in the solution were measured during the affination. The thickness of the film was calculate. The exeperimental results showed that the affination rate is fast. The affination time neede is much less than that of the practical operation.
