甜菜壮苗剂对纸筒育苗的壮苗效应及其机理研究

甜菜壮苗剂对纸筒育苗具有明显的壮苗效应。不但使幼苗的叶数增多、叶片变厚，叶色浓绿，叶面积缩小，下胚轴缩短、增粗，而且尚能增加叶片中的叶绿素含量、蛋白质含量，光合速率、NR与SOD活性。并可提高抗病、抗干旱能力。此类苗移栽后，缓苗快，成苗率高。壮苗原因可归于配方中各种组分的共同作用。

Sugarbeet Strong-Seedling-Drug (SSSD) had significant cffects of strong-seedling on seedling cultured in paper pot. Not only SSSD could increase leaves number, thickness and green colou r of leaves and decrea se Ieaf area, hypocoty length and increase hypocoty thickness, But also increase chlophyll content, protein content photosynthetic rate , actiyityof NR and SOD, ability of resistance drough and' disease. After transplant seedling survival quickly, s urvival rate was very high. The reason of strong.seedling was attrib utable to together action of every composition in SSSD.
