摘要
本文应用车辆动力学分析程序NUCARS,建立了49个自由度的轮轨相互作用分析模型,模拟了车辆在曲线上运行过程中的侧磨规律,分析了采用Vogel侧磨指数和轮轨接触摩擦功作为钢轨侧磨指标时,不同曲线半径和过欠超高下侧磨的变化特点。
A simulation analysis system for wheel/rail interaction has been developed basedon mathematical model of 49 degrees of freedom by appling a famous vehicle dynamic analy-sis program NUCARS.The side wear behaviors of vehicles running on curved track are simu-lated. Using Vogel’s wear index and the frictional work done at the wheel/rail contact patch-es as the side wear index, the paper analyzes the side wear variations for different curve radiiand off-balance superelevation.
