脱污染小鼠免疫功能的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过脱污染小鼠动物模型的建立,分别测定了脾细胞增殖功能,IL—1(白细胞介素1)和IL—2(白细胞介素2)的活性,结果表明上述免疫指标脱污染小鼠比普通小鼠有不同程度的下降。提示肠道内正常微生物群的稳定。 A model of decontaminated mice was established, and the immunological function of the mice was determined.The results demonstratedthat the Spleenocyte proliferation,and the activity of interleukin 1(IL 1)and interleukin 2(IL 2)were lower in decontaminated mice.It Seems that intestinal norinal microflora [plays an imPortant role inmaintainning normal immunological function of host.
