摘要
使用ＡＰＡＣＨＥⅡ和ＡＰＡＣＨＥⅢ评分系统评价６０例重症监护病房（ＩＣＵ）患者的病情。通过对比分析表明，这两种评分用于ＩＣＵ患者的结果一致：分值越高，病情越重，预后越差，病死率越高。ＡＰＡＣＨＥⅡ和ＡＰＡＣＨＥⅢ用于ＩＣＵ患者各有利弊。
60 patients in our intensive care unit(ICU)were as-sessed by the APACHE Ⅱ and Ⅲ
scoring systems.Wecompared the results and found that they were the samewhen used in the ICU
patients.Higher score indicatedworse patients’s condition, poorer prognosis and highermortality
rate. Both advantages and disadvantages wereseen in the two scoring systems.
