摘要
应用创伤后肠源性感染导致家兔内毒素血症模型,观察血浆氨基酸谱变化及Re型内毒素抗血清对其变化的影响。动物随机分为实验组和治疗组。结果:自伤后24h始,实验组动物各时点血浆内毒素水平均明显升高,同时伴有血浆谷氨酸、丙氨酸和苯丙氨酸显著增加及支链氨基酸的显著降低(P<0.01~0.001)。治疗组动物血浆内毒素水平及氨基酸浓度仅于伤后24h发生显著变化(P<0.05~0.01)。研究结果提示:家兔血浆内毒素变化与血浆氨基酸改变有显著相关性。Re型内毒素抗血清具有降低血浆内毒素水平及改善氨基酸代谢紊乱的作用。
The purpose of this study was to investigate thechanges in plasma amino acid profile and the effect of Re-LPS antiserum on them in the entero-endotoxemicrabbits. 21 rabbits were randomly divided into twogroups,the experimental group(n=10) and the treat-ment group (n = 11 ).The results showed that the concentration of plasma endotoxin of the animals in the experimental group was significantly increased throughoutthe period of observation(24hrs after the injury),withconcurrent marked increase of plasma glutamic acid, ala-nine and phenylalanine,and marked clecrease of branchchain amino acids(P<0.01~O.001),In the animals oftreatment group,the remarkable changes of plasrna en-dotoxin and amino acidswere seen only at 24hrs afterthe injury(P<0.05~0.01).It is suggested that Re-LPS antiserum can reduce the concentration of plasmaendotoxin and improve the derangement of amino acidmetabolism.
