山莨菪碱对高原内毒素致急性肺损伤的防治作用实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 9只绵羊随机分为致伤组(E组,n=5)和治疗组(T组,n=4),在海拔3780m高山进行手术和实验。E组静注大肠杆菌内毒素1.5μg/kg,T组静注等量大肠杆菌内毒素的同时静注山莨菪碱。实验结果:T组肺动脉压明显低于E组,肺淋巴流量、肺淋巴蛋白清除率、肺通透表面积峰值分别为E组的23%、21%和14%,动脉血和肺淋巴液中促血栓素B_2(TXB_2)、6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)(6-keto-PGF_(1α)和脂质过氧化物显著低于E组。表明:山莨菪碱对高原内毒素所致急性肺损伤有良好的防治作用。作者认为:山莨菪碱具有减轻毒血症反应、降低肺动脉压和降低肺毛细血管通透性的作用;清除氧自由基可能是山莨菪碱抗高原内毒素急性肺损伤的主要机制。 Nine sheep were randomly divided into both endo-toxin gruoup ( EG)and treated group(TG).The wasperformed at high altitude( 3 780 m).The sheep in EGwere infused with E Coli endotoxin(055: B5 ) 1.5 μg/kg,the sheep in the TG were infused with endotoxin andanisodamine at same time,The results showed that Ppawas significantly lower than that in EG (P<0.05)andthe lung lymph flow(QL),the clearance rate of proten inthe lung lymph(PC ),the permeability area surface oflung capillaries (PS) were 23%, 21/and 14%of thevalues in EG respectively. Levels of thromboxane B_2,6 -keto-prostaglandinF_(1α) and lipid peroxide in the aterialbloor and the lung lymph were significantly lower thanthose in EG (P<0.05).It is shown that anisodamine hasprotective and therapeutic effects on endotoxin inducedacute lung injury at high altitude We consider that aniso-damine may alleviate toxemic reaction, reduce Ppa andthe permealiIty of pulmonary capillaries。 Clearanee ofoxygen free radicals by anitalamine may be the majormechanism of its anti acute lung injury indueed by endo-toxin.
