摘要
本文自1530份河水和塘水标本中分离到188株麦氏弧菌,总阳性率为12.29%。其中河水占12.75%、塘水11. 37%。该菌中的绝大多数能在无盐胨水中呈现弱生长,其中有9株产色素麦氏弧菌。 氧化酶和硝酸盐还原试验对于鉴定麦氏孤菌至关重要。根据麦氏弧菌对乳糖、肌醇的分解和靛基质反应该菌被分为八个生物型(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ)。结果显示,Ⅰ型占优势(53.19%)、Ⅲ型次之(11.70%)。
Of 1530 water samples collected from rivers and pools, 188 strains of V. metschnikovii were isolated with total positive rate of 12.29%, from which river water was 12. 7%, pool water 11. 37% respectively-Most of these strains could weakly grow in peptone water without sodium chloride, 9 strains of brown pigment were produced during growth .
Two important biochemical reactions for identification of V. metschnikovii were the oxidase and nitrate
reduction test. V. metschnikovii were classified into eight biotypes (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8)based on lactose, in-ositol fermentation and indole production, the results showed that type 1 was the dominant (53.19%), type 3 was also found in relatively high numbers (11. 70%).
