摘要
本文报告一种利用高效液相色谱测定农药西维因的方法。该法采用C_8柱,30℃,以甲醇+水=60+40为流动相,检测波长280nm。检出限为2. 5ng,在0.5—15.0μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数γ=0.9993。回收率为90.4%—99.0%,与其他方法相比,具有操作简使,灵敏度高等优点。
This paper described a new method for the determination of sevin in water by HPLC.
HPLC conditions are column C8 temperature; 30℃ . the mobile phase is methanol 60% +water 40% and detection wavelength 280nm. The minimum limit of determination is 2.5ng, linear calibration graph
0.5-15.0μg/ml, correlation coefficient 0.9993, recorery of sevin 90.4%-99.0% , and the coefficient of Variation 1. 99%. Compared with other methods, it was simple, quick and sensitive.
