摘要 在抑制细菌生长抗生素浓度存在时,细菌呼吸被抑制,培养液中氧消耗减少。本文用液体石蜡为封闭剂,用美兰指示氧消耗程度,建立了一种简易、快速的MIC药敏试验方法,该方法可在3h左右快速准确报告绝大多数病原菌的MIC药敏结果,用3株质控标准菌株和33株临床分离菌株进行快速法与微量肉汤稀释法比较,预报结果与微量肉汤稀释法结果一致。 In the presence of inhitory concentrations of antibiotics, oxygen- consumption was On decrease by inhibition of respiration of the bacteria in liquid media. In this study,we used liquid paraffin for blocking agent and methylene blue for indicating degree of oxygen consumption and established a simple rapid method for determining the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC)in 3 hours. Three ATCC strains of bacteria and 33 clini-nal isolates were tested with various antibiotics to demonstrate the MIC results Were oblained by this rapid method. The preliminary results showed an excellent agreement to the by results obtained reference method.
